Chakras Workshops
Chakras are powerful energy centers in the body, aligned with specific emotions and body parts. We often create physical and emotional blocks in these centers, closing ourselves off from feeling fully alive.
This workshop will focus on letting go of what no longer serves us and making space for the new in 2012. Learn about and set your Sankalpa, discover what weighs you down in your life, and let go.
We will combine pranayama, asanas, mudras, and meditation to achieve a higher level of awareness, and experience a complete workout for the mind, body and soul.
